Sushant Singh Gangwar is an accomplished leader in the e-mobility and EV Infrastructure space, with a proven track record of enabling the shift towards a cleaner transportation sector. With a background in Operations and Finance, Sushant has developed a holistic ecosystem of charging and battery swapping stations, offering various propositions to customers like CaaS, BaaS, VaaS, and EaaS. Currently serving as the Senior General Manager of EV Charging & Swapping Infrastructure at Reliance, Sushant has also headed the Infrastructure business in SmartE, where he established 40 charging stations and 20 battery swap stations for concurrent charging of around 2000 e-vehicles. Sushant's expertise in strategy formulation and business modeling for e-vehicle charging is well-known, having worked on the largest e-mobility service provider in India. Prior to his work in the EV industry, Sushant served as the Project Manager Group Lead for North and South India at Siemens Limited, where he delivered technically, commercially, and demographically diverse projects of consolidated order value of ~INR 3 Billion successfully.
